Cami Castro is enrolled at Louisiana State University and majoring in Business Marketing along with being a part of the Castro Real Estate Services team. Cami’s intuitive skill sets and leadership is an asset in our marketing platforms.

David Cruz brings an operator’s perspective to Commercial Real Estate, combining hands-on construction experience with investment and development insight. He has built and led multiple companies across commercial construction, manufacturing, and real estate investment, giving him a practical understanding of project feasibility, execution, and long-term value. David advises commercial clients and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, and value-add opportunities with a disciplined, detail-oriented approach. He serves as a Board Member of the American Subcontractors Association of Greater Baton Rouge, where he remains closely connected to market conditions and construction economics.
